The Painter of Jalouzi (2015) is a social-impact film that gained significant attention for being the world’s first 4K film shot entirely on the iPhone 6s Plus. The film tells the inspiring story of one citizen in Jalouzi, one of the largest slums in Haiti, as he motivates his entire community to paint their drab hillside houses, walls, and buses in brilliant, kaleidoscopic colors.
